Cancellation Policy

The health and wellbeing of all our clients matters to us at Wildflower Healing. Once you have booked an appointment at Wildflower Healing, it means that a time has been reserved exclusively for you. To ensure that all of our clients are treated fairly and are able to receive treatment in a timely manner, Wildflower Healing asks that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to change, reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you change, reschedule or cancel your appointment in 48 hours or less, there will be a 50% fee for the service that you scheduled including any additional specialty service(s) that were requested.

If you fail to notify Wildflower Healing at all or are a “no show” for your scheduled appointment, there will be a 100% fee for the service that you scheduled, including any additional specialty services that were requested.

Cancellation fees may be paid via Venmo, Cash App, or the card held on file. Please note there will be an additional charge added to all cancellation charges paid by the credit card on file for any incurred losses.

Cancellation fees will be deducted immediately from the card held on file at the time of the original service if they have not yet been paid via Venmo or Cash App.

Wildflower Healing will work diligently to provide a new date and time at the earliest convenience that works best for everyone but rebooking appointments are subject to availability. In-Home Massage Policy

At Wildflower Healing, we are committed to providing exceptional massage experiences in the comfort of your own home. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable session, please review our in-home massage policy below:

  • Home Availability:

    • Clients must be present at the designated location at the scheduled appointment time.

    • If the client is not present at the scheduled start time, the appointment will still end at the originally scheduled end time. We are unable to extend the session beyond the agreed-upon duration.

  • Space Requirements:

    • Clients must provide a clean and spacious area for the massage therapy session, approximately 6 feet in circumference, free from clutter and distractions.

    • The space should be conducive to relaxation and free from hazards to ensure the safety and comfort of both the client and the massage therapist.

  • Punctuality:

    • Wildflower Healing values punctuality and respects our clients’ time.

    • If a client is more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment, the session will be considered a no-show and they will be charged 100% of the service fee.

  • Client Comfort and Safety:

    • Wildflower Healing prioritizes the well-being and comfort of our clients.

    • Please communicate any allergies, injuries, and specific needs to your massage therapist before the session begins. Inappropriate behavior or requests will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate termination of the session, with full payment still required.

  • Payment:

    • Payment for services rendered is due at the time of each session.

    • We accept cash, credit/debit cards and electronic payments for your convenience.
